Some bathrooms are in need of a refresh, showing signs of wear with flaking paint and minor mold issues. Breakfast lacked variety, with only a few bananas and basic cereals, which felt underwhelming considering the price for the stay.

The terrace overlooking the beach was pure bliss, sipping some wine while watching the sun dip below the horizon, a perfect end to the day. The breakfast was more than just your regular fare, I had a fresh omelette made just the way I like it which made me feel at home.

It wasn’t exactly pocket change, but for what we got, it felt acceptable.

The Large Double/Twin Room had a fantastic sea view. Plenty of space and spotlessly clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Andrew prepared wonderful breakfasts that started our day off right. It was great having a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. The terrace became our go-to spot for evening drinks, offering a lovely place to relax. the uphill walk back from town was a bit tiring. Service from the staff was friendly and accommodating, but the bathroom in one of the rooms left much to be desired. It felt outdated, with minor issues like a shower that struggled with water pressure and some mould around the fittings. We raised concerns, but it seemed the management was somewhat dismissive about bathroom conditions.

st magloire was amazing! the hosts were so friendly, especially alison, who helped us find a lovely local walk. the location is perfect, just a short stroll to restaurants and bus stops. our superior double room with a sea view was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

We had a blast exploring charming coastal walks, including the beautiful Corbiere Walk, and loved the views of the boats moored nearby. The staff were attentive, and the breakfast was a highlight each morning. The location on a quaint cobbled street was perfect for what we wanted to explore around the area!

One window in our room wouldn’t open, which was a bit uncomfortable during the warmer days.
